A few years ago, I deposited a "Mystery Shopper" check into my TD Bank Checking account which turned out to be a bad check. I need to repay this charge in order to open a bank account. Who do I contact? Please provide me with a name and phone number as soon as possible. Thank you. I have already requested an inquiry from Chex Systems for my record, just so you know. But banks I have contacted in trying to open another savings account apart from my Safe Savings have advised me to contact your bank as this is where the instance occurred. Thank you for any and all assistance you can afford me in this situation.

Thank you for joining us today, LisaMaria. We'd be happy to assist.
If your account was closed with an overdrawn balance, we recommend speaking with our Recovery Department. They may be reached Monday through Friday 8am-9pm and Saturday 8am-5pm at 800-742-2651. If you wish to, you may also visit your local TD Bank Store during the lobby hour and our Customer Service Representatives may be able to assist you. For TD Store locations and lobby hours, please check out http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope to hear from you soon, LisaMaria and have a good day.
