Thank you for coming to us with your question on TD Helps today, Robin! We'll be happy to go over the ways that you can reorder your checks.
There are a few ways that you can reorder your checks: through online banking, calling our 24/7 Customer Service line or visiting any TD Bank location. If you are enrolled in online banking, all you have to do is sign into your account, click the Customer Service tab and select Order Checks. If you're not currently enrolled for Online Banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Digital Banking Specialists, 24/7 at 800-493-7562, they can even walk you through the ordering process or place the order for you.
You may also order your checks through one of our Banking Specialists 24/7 by calling 888-751-9000. Feel free to stop by any TD Bank location during lobby hours as one of our Banking Specialists can assist you with your check order.
Keep in mind that prices vary and will be provided at the time you place your order. Once you complete your order, charges will automatically be debited from your TD Bank account and your order will be shipped to the address on your account.
Additionally, if you have never ordered checks with TD Bank before you will have to either call us or visit a TD Bank Store to place your first order. Here is a link for you to view TD Bank location details and hours: http://bit.ly/TDStores. Please note, after your order is placed, checks typically take 7-10 business days to arrive to your address.
Please let us know if you have any questions and enjoy the rest of your weekend, Robin!
