Thank you for taking the time to write to us here on TD Helps, Hauke! We would be happy to provide you with several options to reset your PIN for your TD Debit Card.
If you know your current PIN and would like to change it, you can do one of the following:
- When visiting any TD Bank ATM, you can insert your card into the ATM and enter your current PIN. Choose “Change PIN” as a transaction option and then enter your new PIN selection by following the prompts on the screen. This option only applies if you know your current PIN number.
- You could also call our Voice Response Unit at 888-553-4122 and follow the prompts to change your PIN. You will need your TD Debit card handy for this option.
If you do not remember your PIN number and need to reset it, no worries! We have other options for you:
- Visit us at any TD Bank Store with proper ID; check out http://bit.ly/TDStores for a listing of TD Bank Store locations and hours.
- You can call our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Once one of our dedicated Banking Specialists verifies your account, we can send you a PIN reminder via mail. PIN reminders sent by mail may take 7-10 business days to receive depending on your postal office.
If you`re updating your PIN as you`re concerned about the security of your debit card, you`re also able to request a replacement card along with a new PIN. To do so, you can call a Customer Service Representative 24/7 at 888-751-9000. After verification, we can close your card and mail a new card to your address on file. You may also stop into any of our TD Bank Stores for an instant issue replacement card. For a location near you, please visit us at the link above.
Thanks again for visiting, Hauke and have a fabulous day.
