If this is regarding your TD Online Banking and you know your current user name and password and you’re looking to change it periodically, you can do so by clicking on the Customer Service tab once you've logged onto your account online at www.tdbank.com. If you are signed up for our Retail Online Banking, please check here http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. If you are a TD Bank BusinessDirect user, please direct your browser to http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8. In the Customer Service tab, there will be a Self Service portion and under that, you will see a link to “Change Password."
For your personal accounts, if you remember your Online Banking user name and have a US Social Security Number but have forgotten your password, you do have the option to reset your password online by visiting http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you are on the Log In page, please click on the “Trouble Logging In” link that is located under the Password field. Select the account type and input your User Name. You will then be asked to answer two security questions; after successfully answering the security questions, you will be able to reset your Password.
If you do not remember your Online Banking user name or you do not have a Social Security number, please give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to speak with one of our Banking Specialists. Upon account verification, they will be able to help you reset your Online Banking Password in no time. You may also stop by your local TD Bank Store during lobby hours for further assistance.
