Please visit: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq to reset your password. Select the account type and input your User Name. You will be prompted to answer 2 security questions and after successfully answering these questions, you'll be able to reset your password.
If you continue to have issues, you may always contact our 24/7 Digital Department at 800-493-7562 and a Digital Specialist can assist in resetting your password. If you are unable to contact us via telephone, you can visit any local TD Store during lobby hours as Customer Service Representative can assist.
