Hello there Anne,
Thank you for sending us your question this evening and we hope you're doing well.
If you need to reset your password for your Online Banking account, a couple of options exist for you. First, if you currently know this password, you'll be able to update this information after you sign in. Please log in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq and once you have done so, click on the Customer Service tab at the top right. You're looking for the second link; please click on Change Password to complete an update.
If you're unsure of your password, don't worry! We still have plenty of options for you. For your personal account, if you remember your user name and have a Social Security number, you'll be able to reset your password yourself. Please start here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Then, please click the Forgot your password? link located below the password field. After entering your user name and the last four digits of your Social Security number, you'll be asked to answer two security questions. If you can successfully complete these steps, you'll be able to update your password. After completing this, you can then return to the login page to access your account.
