If you're referring to your personal TD Bank Online Banking account and you currently know this information, you'll be able to change this information after you sign in. Please log in by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq and once you have done so, please click on the Customer Service tab. Please select the "Change Password" link, then fill in the necessary fields and submit your changes.
If you're a BusinessDirect user, please log in here: http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8. You'll find the links to change this information at the Service Center, under the Customer Service tab. Click on Change Password, enter your current information and the new information you prefer, and submit at the bottom.
If you're not able to access your account right now and need to reset this information in order to log in, a Banking Specialist will be more than happy to assist you.
