i am trying to reset my mobile app,they told me to go on line first.

Before you can log into your Mobile Banking, please ensure that you are first enrolled in Online Banking. During the enrollment process you will have the opportunity to create a user name and password which you will then be able to use for Mobile Banking. If you have not yet enrolled, you can do so here: http://bit.ly/1lqyp6r. You will need your Social Security Number, your TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, your account number and your email address. If you`re trying to log into the TD Bank BusinessDirect App, you can enroll for TD Bank BusinessDirect here: http://bit.ly/1dl2HX6. Your business Taxpayer Identification Number, TD Bank business ATM/Debit Card Number and your business account number will be needed to enroll.
It's okay if you don't have all the information needed for enrollment! Once you've created your online account or if you are enrolled already, you can download the Online Banking App here: http://bit.ly/1opBqUt or the TD Bank BusinessDirect App here: http://bit.ly/XPQXFn. The user name and password that Mobile Banking will ask you for is the same as the one you've created when enrolling.
