I am going through statements of previous years to find charitable donations that I made that I never claimed on my tax returns. I cannot find out who I made out checks to because the images are no longer on the bank statements.

Please know that the check images will be included in the month statements if the account is enrolled in paperless statements or per customer's request at an additional charge. For details of the charge, please see our current Fee Schedule at http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
If the check images are not included in your monthly statements, we may mail the copies to your address on file per your request.
You may submit this request by calling us 24/7 at 888-751-9000, sending us a secure message via online banking or stopping by a local TD Bank Store, during lobby hours. To find out the nearest TD Store near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores. We'll go over all the options in details with you.
To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
If you have not enrolled for Online Banking and wish to enroll for your personal accounts, you may use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM or Debit Card number, your Social Security Number and your email address. Once at the page, please select "Personal" from the drop down box. When you select continue, you will have to read and accept the Online Banking Service Agreement. Then you will be asked to enter your personal information including the items mentioned earlier and to create a user name and password. Finally you will be asked to create three security questions. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
