Hello Herschel, welcome to TD Helps. We'd be happy to help!
To view a copy of a check you've written out that has already been cashed you simply need to log into your online account profile here http://bit.ly/1eaISlq (or here http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8 if you have a Business Direct account with us). Once logged in, first select the account you want to view, and then click "All Available History" from the "Show Transactions" list. You'll be able to see copies of any checks written in the past 60 days and can open images of them to print or save for your records.
If you need a copy of a check written and cashed more than 60 days ago, please call a TD Banking Specialist at 1-888-751-9000. We're available every day, 365 days/year to help you get any copies you need for your records. After account verification, we'll be able to look them up and mail them right to your door!
You also have the option of sending your request via secure message through your TD Online Banking. After you log in, on the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." In your message, please provide in details your request.
If you'd prefer, you can stop into the TD Bank Store nearest to you during lobby hours and have a Banking Specialist order the copies there. They can have them mailed to your door or ready for pickup at the branch in just a few days! Find the Store nearest to you here http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Please note that there may be fees for this addition of this service. Take a look at our Fee Schedule: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
We hope this helps Herschel. Have a great one and let us know if you have any other questions.
