I'm going through financial hardship and need to take charge of my current repayments on a credit card. I am not able to meet the current amount requested so I do require and address where I can have this sent to. I have phoned and spent over an hour explaining and going from one department to another - I think it best I send a registered letter

Thanks for sending us your question today, Richard. We will be glad to provide you with some information regarding your TD credit card.
First, we see you are writing in from Sherwood Park, and wanted to inform you that you've reached TD Bank here in the United States. If you we're trying to reach our Partners up North at TD Canada Trust, you may submit another inquiry on their TD Helps page here: http://go.td.com/1Ymzfmu.
If you meant to connect with us here in the U.S. and if your TD credit card account is past due, we recommend connecting with our TD Card Services Specialists during normal business hours at 888-561-8861. We may be able to assist you with a payment plan and if so, we will connect you with a Financial Representative who will be happy to help! They are available Mon-Fri and after account verification, they will be able to discuss any payment questions you may have.
If your account is not past due at this time, you may wish to speak with a Credit Counselor. For more information, please check out: http://1.usa.gov/Uzsq57.
We appreciate your visit, Richard and please take care.
