To initiate a domestic wire transfer from your TD Bank account, you will need to visit a TD Bank Store. For hours and locations near you please take a look at: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
For any wire transfer to another domestic financial institution from your TD Bank account, you will need the name, address and ABA routing number of the receiving bank, the name of the account to be credited, the beneficiary address and the account number. You may want to contact the other financial institution to determine what information they require to receive the wire. Please see the link listed below for all applicable fees that may apply.
If you are a TD Bank Customer and you are looking to send funds domestically, you may be able to use our Person-to-Person transfer feature via your Online Banking. This feature allows you to send money domestically to any account inside and outside TD Bank without having to visit a Store. To use this feature, you must be enrolled in Online Banking. If you have not enrolled in Online Banking yet, you can do so for free here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your Social Security number, your TD Bank ATM/Visa Debit Card, your account number, and your e-mail address. If you do not have a debit or ATM card, please call our 24/7 Digital Specialist at 1-800-493-7562 to enroll. Once you’ve enrolled for Online Banking, select the “Person-to-Person” tab to enroll for this specific feature.
Please note, the Person to Person feature provides several delivery options; you can choose between 1 day delivery and 3 day delivery. In order to be eligible for "Next Day" delivery option, you must make a successful 3 day delivery within the last 90 calendar days. Also, this feature does come with limits on the amount you can send or receive. We would also recommend checking with the other financial institution to ensure no other additional information is required as well as to obtain information regarding any additional fees for their services. And please note that we do not process or disburse funds from wire transfers received designated Pay Upon Proper Identification (PUPID) and return them to the sender.
