It's great to see you on TD Helps today, David! We'll be sure to provide options on how to send money to your daughter.
If you need to send funds to your daughter who is currently studying abroad in Scotland, you may wish to initiate a wire transfer. A wire transfer can be done at any TD Store during lobby hours.
To send an international wire is you will need to provide your daughter's name as it appears on her account, her address (including City), State/Province, Country and her account number (for Euro Zone countries – IBAN – International Banking Account Number). The full name and address, including city, state/province and country of the financial institution receiving the funds, along with the amount and currency of the transfer. You may also wish to connect with your daughter to ensure no other additional information is required as well as to obtain information regarding any additional fees for their services.
Please note, we do not process or disburse funds from wire transfers received designated Pay Upon Proper Identification (PUPID) and return them to the sender. Also, there may be fees assessed for this transaction, please visit here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
If you have any further questions, please feel free to connect with us at 1-888-751-9000 to speak with a Banking Specialist available 24/7. Or you could visit us at any TD Store for help. For a listing of TD Bank Stores and hours, please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores
We hope this helps and let us know if you have any questions. Take care, David!
