Hi Alice, thanks for coming by TD Helps, we'll be sure to provide you with details on how to set up the TD Bank Mobile App.
First, you must first be enrolled for Online Banking at www.tdbank.com. If you're not already set-up, please click here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to start the enrollment process. You will need your Social Security number, account number, TD Bank ATM/Visa Debit Card and your email address.
If you do not have all of the items needed, that's okay as there are other options to help you get set up with Online Banking. You can call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to speak with one of our dedicated Banking Specialists. After account verification, we can help get you set up. If you prefer, you could even stop by a TD Bank Store and a Customer Service Representative would also be happy to help. For hours and locations near you, click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Once you're set up for Online Banking, you will then be ready to download our Mobile App. Click here: http://bit.ly/1hOPk1H to download and obtain additional information about our TD Mobile App. Please note, the user name and password will be the same as your Online Banking.
If you're referring to our TD Bank BusinessDirect Mobile App, you must also be enrolled first. If you're not already signed up, you may do so here: http://bit.ly/1dl2HX6. If you do not have an ATM/Visa Debit Card you have the option to visit a nearby TD Store and sit with a Customer Service Representative who can help get you enrolled. Please understand, it takes two business days to sign up for TD Bank BusinessDirect.
Once you're set up for TD Bank BusinessDirect, you will then be able to use our TD Bank BusinessDirect Mobile App. Please click here: http://bit.ly/YVa4y6 to download and obtain additional information about our TD Bank BusinessDirect Mobile App. Please note, the User ID and Password will be the same as the website.
