As you've mentioned you entered the wrong PIN, we'd like to let you know that once you have entered the incorrect PIN three times, your ATM/Visa Debit card can become locked, for your account security.
To connect with a Specialist regarding your TD Debit Card, please call us at 888-751-9000, select "0" at any point. After account verification, we would be glad to look into your concerns and help get you back up and running.
If you happen to not remember your PIN for your TD Debit Card, our Specialists can send you a PIN reminder via mail. PIN reminders sent by mail may take 7-10 business days to receive depending on your postal office.
