As our Specialists are available 24/7 at 888-751-9000, kindly note that our ACH Department is available Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 am and 5:00 pm. If you have a specific question, we recommend reaching us during this time frame so that we can best assist. You may also like to note that ACH transactions, including deposits, can typically take 2-5 business days to be completed and credited to your account.
