I need to speak with someone to obtain a letter stating when an old account was closed. How do I obtain that letter. I do not live in the local area where the account was originally set up, but rather across the country now.

I was involved in a 5 car pile up last week and my car is totaled. The insurance company paid it off yesterday at TD. I now need a letter saying my loan is paid in full and released from the loan.
