Hi there Jason,
We're glad you got in touch with us about your debit card limit and we're happy to help with this.
First, we invite you to take a look here: http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ. On pages 44-45, you'll be able to find more information about the types of transactions you'll be able to use your card for, as well as the limits which apply per day. If you are still in need of an increase after checking out these limits, please continue reading for instructions on how to do so.
If you are expecting to spend more than what is permitted on your daily limit, we can offer a couple of options to request an increase. Please note that in order to have your debit card limit increased you must have a deposit account older than 90 days that is in a Normal status and have a sufficient balance to cover the requested amount.
To get your limit increased, you can send us a Secure Message through online banking or get in touch with us by fax. To send us a secure message, please log in to your online account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. After you sign in, please find the Customer Service tab and use the Send a Message link there. By fax, please send it to our Fulfillment Team at 856-533-1138.
With either your secure message or faxed request, please include the following information:
• Subject: Limit Increase
• Account Number
• Debit/ATM Card Number
• Your Name
• Your Telephone Number
• A Statement indicating to 'Please increase my total daily Visa (or POS or ATM) limit to $X for the day.'
• Your signature (on faxed request)
Please note: fax requests are generally completed within a couple of hours.
Please keep in mind that limit increases are only valid for one calendar day and the limits will return to the original amount after this time passes. If your request is received after 6:00 pm, the increase will remain in effect for one additional calendar day.
We hope these options help, Jason! Please feel free to reply if you have other questions for us and we'll be glad to answer right away.
Thanks again and enjoy your night.
