This is not a check, but I need to stop two duplicate payments from a company.

If the duplicate transactions in question were completed using your debit card or using your account number and routing number, we ask that you give us a call directly to review this further. The process to dispute the transactions may vary depending on the status of the payments (whether they are pending or have posted to your account). You can reach a Banking Specialist 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
In your question, you mentioned this was an Online payment, if the payments were completed using Bill Pay on tdbank.com, please contact our Tech Support Team at 800-493-7562. This Team is also available 24/7 for your convenience.
