I need to speak to someone regarding my account but a phone is not available. Is there a live chat customer service option. I am overseas and not in my home country of US.

If you're able to use a computer or have access to www.tdbank.com, you're able to enroll in Online Banking and send a secure message!
To sign up, you can click here: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY. Be sure to have your account number, debit card, Social Security Number and email address handy. After the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your accounts and to secure message.
You can send a secure message by selecting 'Send a secure message' located on the left hand side of the page.
If you gain the ability to call us from outside of the US, you can do so by dialing 856-751-9000 or 215-569-0518 collect from a landline telephone. The country code for the US is 011.
