Good morning, Mike!
This is a great question, and we'll be more than happy to help!
It sounds as if you are looking to transfer funds from your TD Bank account in the United States to an account you may have with another financial institution in Canada. If this is the case, we'll be happy to help!
To initiate an international wire transfer from your account, we ask that you please visit a TD Store location to sit with a Customer Service Representative, during lobby hours. To take a look at Store locations and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
During your visit, please be sure to have the following information with you:
· The full name, address (including city, state/province, and country), and account number of the person/business you are sending money to
· The full name and address (including city, state/province, and country) of the financial institution receiving the funds
We also recommend reaching out to the other financial institution to determine if any additional information is required.
Keep in mind that there may be fees associated with the sending of a wire transfer. To learn more please visit our Fee Schedule, which can be found here: http://go.td.com/1cTejgt.
Please know that if you are attempting to send a wire transfer from a TD Canada Trust account you may have, we recommend contacting a TD Canada Trust Customer Service Specialist at 1-866-222-3456. Specialists are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience, and will be happy to assist you.
In addition to calling, we have provided a link here https://go.td.com/1woOVay with all the additional options you have when wanting to contact TD Canada Trust. You may also ask your question again by visiting the link here https://go.td.com/1Ymzfmu, which will take you directly to TD Canada Trusts TD Helps page.
We sincerely hope this helps, Mike! Have a great Tuesday!
