I need to transfer money from my TD Bank account to another person's TD Bank account. However there is no longer a "person to person transfer" tab at the top. What do I do? Please help.

Great news! We have updated our Person to Person Transfers to a service called Send Money. With Send Money, you can send 3 day and instant transfers free of charge! It works much the same as our previous service.
To start, log into your online banking by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Select the "Send Money" tab and ensure your email address shown is correct. You'll then need to read and accept the Terms and Conditions. If you sign up with your mobile number, select text or call to receive a verification code. If you sign up using your email we'll send you a verification code by email. Once you've received your code, enter it to verify your email address or mobile number.
You can also enroll through the mobile app. Start by tapping "Send Money" from the quick links or the transfers screen and log into your accounts. You'll then follow the same instructions we've provided above.
Once you're set up, you can go forward using this feature!
