Hey Carlos, welcome to TD Helps. We would be happy to provide you with details on transfers.
One option would be completing a Wire Transfer with your financial institution. To do so, you will need the following information:
Wire To: TD Bank Wilmington, Delaware or Full Store Address ABA#: 031101266 Credit to: Our Customer's Name, Account Title and Our Customer's Account Number
Please note, we post all incoming wires from the Federal Reserve until 6:30pm on the current banking day. A confirmation will be sent to our customer the day the wire transfer is credited to our customer's account. At this time, we may not process incoming Pay Upon Proper Identification (PUPID) wires and will return them to the sender. For any fees in regards to wires, please review our Fee Schedule found here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt, not including any fees that may be incurred to your account in your financial institution.
If the person you are looking to send funds to has a personal account with TD, they would also be able to request funds from you by using the "Person-to-Person" payment option via their Online Banking. To use this feature, our Customer would first need to be enrolled in Online Banking and request the funds from you. To do so, please share the following information with them.
To start, have them visit http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. They will need their ATM/Debit Card, account number, and email address. Once at the page, they will need to choose Personal from the drop down box. Next, they will have to accept the Online Banking Agreement. Then, we'll ask them to enter in their personal information (mentioned above), and finally, they'll have to set up three security questions. After those 3 steps are completed, they will have immediate access to their account(s) online.
Once they're logged in they can request funds from you by using the Person-to-Person feature by selecting the "Person-to-Person Payments" tab and then select "Request Money." They would then fill out the required fields and select "Next." A confirmation screen will appear. Finally, select "Send Request."
You will then receive a text or an email with their request for funds. When you do, you will have the ability to select which account or institution you want to send the funds from. Our customer will then receive the funds within 2-3 business days. Please note, that there may be fees for the use of this service.
