Happy Thursday, Rosateresa!
We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble printing your Statements, and we'll be more than happy to help!
To start, you'll first want to log into your Online Banking, and you can use the link here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq to do so. If you haven't yet enrolled, don't worry! You'll be able to do so by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY. To successfully complete the enrollment process, you will need your account number, debit card number, Social Security Number, and a valid e-mail address.
Once you have successfully logged in, you should be viewing all of the accounts you currently have with TD Bank. If you're not, simply click on the first tab, which should read 'Accounts'. Then, click on the 'Account Name' of the account you wish to print statements for. Next, towards the center of your screen, you should see a green tab that reads 'Statements & Notices'. Once you click here, towards the bottom of your screen, you will be able to see all of your available statements, and after hitting 'View' towards the right side of your screen, you can view a copy of your physical statement. From here, simply click on the print icon!
If you have any trouble at all, please don't hesitate to reach out to a Tech Support Specialist, and they'll be more than happy to walk you through how you may print your statements from the comfort of your own home! They may be reached, 24/7, at 800-493-7562.
You're also welcome to visit a TD Store location for assistance. To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
We hope this information was helpful, Rosateresa. Enjoy the rest of your day!
