Thank you for dropping by TD Helps. We'd be happy to help you retrieve your account number and welcome to the TD Family!
Please note, for the security of your account, we may not disclose your account number via telephone or email.
The easiest way to view your account number is on the "Accounts" tab of your Online Banking homepage when you're logged in to the main page from a computer or viewing the full site from your mobile device. When logging in to your account from the mobile app or on the mobile site, your full account number will not be listed. If you have not enrolled for Online Banking and have made an initial deposit on your new TD account, please contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000. After we verify your account, our Specialists would be happy to help get you set up.
You may also visit your local TD Store for assistance with your request, please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores for a listing of TD Bank Store hours and locations near you.
Additionally, if you requested checks during the account opening process, you may locate your account number once you receive your checks. The account number will be the second set of numbers shown on the bottom of the check. You may also view your account number by looking at your statements which is located at the right top corner of the page. As you are a new Customer, you will receive your paper statement within 30 days from opening the account.
