Next week I am going away and would like to withdraw $2500. Will I be charged for this? I obviously cannot withdraw such amounts from an ATM, can I withdraw such amount over the counter? and if so, do I need to make you aware of this before I do it?

Welcome to TD Helps, Phillipa. If your account is held here at TD Bank in the United States, you are welcome to visit a nearby TD location in order to make this withdraw during lobby or drive thru hours. Please note that as long as you have sufficient funds for the withdraw there wouldn't be any additional fees. Also, it wouldn't be necessary to call ahead for this particular request. For a listing of our Stores and their hours please view: http://bit.ly/TDStores We do notice that you are writing in from Canada, if you are inquiring about your TD Canada Trust account, we invite you to view their TD Helps page here: http://bit.ly/1kD3iFr. Once you submit your question, our friends up north will be sure to provide you with a quick and efficient answer! We hope this helps Phillipa and enjoy your evening.
