Thank you for coming by TD Helps, Wilson! We're sorry about any difficulties that you are having with your debit card and we'd like to help.
In order to determine why your debit card may be blocked, you would need to get in touch with one of our Banking Specialists. Feel free to reach out to us 24/7 at 856-751-9000 or via collect with operator assistance from a non-mobile telephone at 00+1-215-569-0518. Once our Banking Specialists verify your account information, they'll be able to find out why your debit card is blocked and place travel notification on your accounts if notes were not placed on your accounts already. Once your account is notated, TD Bank is now aware of your current and future locations and can greatly reduce any service interruptions. You may also send a Secured Message through Online Banking as well. If you are not enrolled in Online Banking, please click here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Once you are enrolled, please sign into your account and click on the Customer Service tab and then select Send A Message. If you choose this option, please include the exact travel dates, destinations and if there will be any connecting flights, if applicable.
