We appreciate your visit today, Hannai and would be happy to help provide details regarding your question.
We'd like to inform you that only authorized signers on a TD account can make withdrawals from the account with proper photo ID. As you are unable to visit us, we may have other options.
If you have an ATM card, you are able to make withdrawals from your savings account at any ATM including TD Bank ATMs, or those bearing the NYCE logo. TD ATMs are free of charge to make a withdrawal however the use of a non-TD ATM may apply a fee. For any fees that may apply please visit: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
Keep in mind that there are some accounts that do not offer electronic access, including ATM withdrawals, such as Club Saver, Holiday Club and Passbook accounts.
If you have one of the account types listed above, we do apologize as withdrawals from these accounts would have to be done at a TD Store. For Store locations, please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps, Hannai. Let us know if you need anything else. Enjoy your day!
