One way to request your balance is by contacting Customer Service over the phone 24/7 at 888-751-9000, or you may also dial 800-937-2000 for our automated system, also known as the Interactive Voice Response (IVR), by dialing 1-800-YES-2000 (1-800-937-2000).
Another way is to check your balance via Online Banking. If you are not enrolled yet, you may enroll for Online Banking by using the Self-Service feature. To start the enrollment process, you will need your TD ATM/Visa Debit Card, your account number, email address and your Social Security number and click here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY, which will take you to the "Online Banking Sign Up" Page . Please select "Personal "from the drop down box and select "Submit". First, you'll have to accept the Online Banking Agreement. Then, we'll ask you to enter in your personal information (Name, Social Security number, account number, etc.) and finally, you will have to set up three security questions. After those 3 steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account(s) online.
Once you've enrolled for Online Banking via www.tdbank.com, you may also check your balance by using TD Bank Mobile App. To download, please visit: http://bit.ly/1opBqUt to input your mobile phone for a text message of the mobile App link. Additionally, you can download this App by visiting the App Store (for IPhone & IPad), Google Play (for Android devices) or App World (For Blackberry).
If you do not have an ATM/Visa Debit card or run into any problems, please reach out to our 24/7 dedicated Digital Banking Specialists directly at 800-493-7562. They will be willing to assist you with making the account visible immediately, after account authentication. Once you have successfully enrolled, you will have immediate access to your account.
