I got my first debit card this year. I have never used it, and when I tried to I had forgotten my pin and put in the wrong PIN number three times. Does this mean my card is locked although I've never used it and how do I change my PIN number ?

Good afternoon and welcome to TD Helps, Rosie.
Once the incorrect ATM PIN is entered three times, your ATM card will be locked. To unlock it, please feel free to contact our 24/7 Banking Specialists directly at 888-751-9000. If you wish to visit us in person, please stop by and see us at any of your local TD Bank Store. For a list of the Store locations, hours and telephone numbers, please visit here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR. We will be happy to unlock it upon proper verification. Additionally, we will also offer options of resetting or regaining your ATM PIN.
In addition, if you are enrolled for online banking, you may send a secure message from here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq for further assistance.
