Thank you for visiting TD Helps today, Nicole. We will be glad to assist you with paperless statements request.
Depending on the account type you currently have, there are different ways that you may enroll for paperless statements.
If you have personal deposit accounts, such as Checking, Savings and Money Market account, you must first be enrolled in Online Banking prior enrolling for paperless statements. If you have your TD account number, TD ATM/Debit Card number, U.S. Social Security number and a valid email address, you may fill out the online application to access your personal accounts here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY.
Once you’ve successfully logged in, please follow the steps below to enroll for paperless statements:
-Please click on the “Customer Service” tab
-Select the “Online Statement Settings” link which is located under the self-service portion (it will be the sixth link down) or in the "Help & Related Tasks" box (which is located on the left side of the page).
-Please select the account(s) you would like to enroll for Online Statements. Make sure the email address on file is correct.
-You will then be asked to read the “Online (Paperless) Statement Customer Agreement” and the “Hardware and Software Requirements”. Once you have opened and reviewed the 2 documents needed, please check mark the two boxes and select “Save Changes”.
If you are having difficulties setting this up or you don't have U.S. Social Security number at this time, you can call us at 888-751-9000. If you have a business account and would like to enroll for TD Bank BusinessDirect, please follow the link above and choose Business from the drop down box and click on "Continue." and complete the application. You will need your Business Taxpayer Identification Number, account number, your business name, and your e-mail address. When you are finished with the application, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within 2 business days that contains your initial User ID and password. If you do not have an ATM/debit card for your business account or need immediate online access, please visit your local TD Bank Store, during lobby hours for further assistance.
Once you are logged onto your online account, please follow the steps below to elect to go paperless statements:
1. Click on “Accounts”
2. Click on “Statements”
3. After specifying the account you want to go paperless, click on "Turn off paper statements"
You will need to follow these steps for each account you wish to be paperless.
To request paperless statements for a TD Bank Visa Credit Card account, you will need to enroll for enhanced services from here: http://bit.ly/1mZCFef. Once you're successfully enrolled and logged on to your credit card online account, you will be able to see your credit card information online immediately. To enroll for paperless statements, please click on "Statements" from the left hand side, and then click on "Manage Statements" from the right hand side. On the next screen, you will see "Manage Statements Options", please make your selections there and then click on "Continue".
Please note; after submitting your request for paperless statements, you will receive both paper and electronic statements for two statement cycles. After that, you will receive electronic/paperless statements only. By enrolling your TD Bank Visa Credit Card for this enhanced on-line service, you will also be able to view detailed billing information, view and redeem your award points and even pay on-line from any banking institution within the United States as well.
