Thanks for sending us your question today, Maria. In general, you may overdraw your account by up to $5 per day without being charged a fee. If your negative balance exceeds $5 at the end of the day, we will charge you for each transaction that overdraws your account, up to 5 overdraft fees per day. Please follow here: http://bit.ly/Yv0ulC for additional detailed information (page 3). If you are able to make a deposit the same day prior to 8PM to resolve any negative balance, no fees would be assessed. Please know that any deposits made must be fully available on that same day. Also, please note that although your direct deposit is processed overnight, it is made available based on the date designated by your depositor which in this case would not resolve your balance on the same day. If you would like to discuss this in greater detail, we ask that you contact us directly for assistance. You are able to call us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000. After account verification, our Representatives will be glad to review your account with you. Similarly, you are able to visit any TD Store during lobby hours for help. To take a look at TD Stores near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores. We hope this helps, Maria and take care.
