Thank you for coming to TD Helps with your question, John.
Please understand that we would like to assist you directly, unfortunately, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum.
Although there is no set amount that you need to neither open an account nor you must keep in your account; however, some accounts do require a daily minimum balance to avoid a monthly maintenance fee. The minimum daily balance requirement must be maintained at all times to avoid the maintenance fee. If the account falls below the minimum daily balance at any point at the end of the business day during the statement cycle, it will incur a maintenance fee. We invite you to review a full list of all Personal Account Maintenance Fees and compare our accounts here: http://go.td.com/1nldlQv.
If you wish to discuss your account type to make sure that you have the right product type, please feel free to reach out to our 24/7 Banking Specialists directly at 888-751-9000. After account verification, they will be happy to assist you further.
