You've brought up a good question, Thomas, and we'd be glad to discuss these types of accounts with you.
The Checking account product you currently have - TD Bank 50 Plus Checking account is a grandfathered product. Because you are asking specifically about our 60 Plus Checking account, we invite you to visit here: http://bit.ly/1yFOmu7 for all the details and benefits of this Checking account product. Feel free to compare both products and you'll see the features and benefits are very similar. If you wish to change your TD 50 Plus Checking account to TD 60 Plus Checking account, simply give us a call at 888-751-9000 and our 24/7 Banking Specialists will be glad to submit this request after account verification. You may also stop by your local TD Bank, during normal lobby hours to be assisted in person. To find out the nearest TD Store near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Additionally, you may also send us a Secure Message to request an account type change if you're already enrolled for online banking. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq . On the left hand side, you should see and option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center”. When sending us the secure message, please be sure to provide us your account number and the account type you are requesting and we will be happy to process your request.
We remain committed to ensuring the highest level of satisfaction with all of our products and services. Please note; your account number will remain the same even if your account type is changed.
If we can assist you again, please feel free to let us know, Thomas. Have a good one!
