Thanks for reaching us on TD Helps, Carol. We understand your concern and we'd be glad to help.
At this time, a fee could be assessed to your account if a withdrawal, transfer or balance inquiry is made at a non-TD ATM, depending on your account type. Please look here http://bit.ly/1cTejgt for additional fee information.
We'd like to take this opportunity to let you know that we offer some accounts in which non-TD Bank ATM fees would be waived, and we may reimburse you for fees charged by the owner of the non-TD Bank ATM. We invite you to view the link mentioned earlier to see the types of accounts needed to waive these fees.
We also invite you to take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores for help locating the nearest TD ATM. Also, check out: http://bit.ly/1xwvko5 for help on how to avoid ATM fees.
As you've mentioned that you recently moved, we recommend updating your address for your account.
You are able to call us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000. After account verification, our Representatives will be glad to update your account information.
Additionally, if you've been enrolled for Online Banking for over 30 days, you can update your address once you log in. Please click here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq to log in. After you log in, please click on the "Customer Service" tab and then select "Change Address, Phone, Email Address" link to update your information. This method may be used for both your deposit accounts and loan or line of credit accounts. Please note; your change of address request can take up to 3 to 5 business days to be completed.
For deposit accounts, you also have the option to update your address by mail. You may mail the request to:
TD Bank, NA 6000 Atrium Way Mt Laurel, NJ 08054 Mail Stop # NJ5-002-215.
To change your address for a Credit Card, you can do so by calling us 24/7 a 888-561-8861, logging on to http://bit.ly/1lVKil9 or stopping into any TD Bank Store. After logging on, you will need to click on "Services" then "Manage Credit Card" and finally "Update Address and Phone Number."
You can change your mailing address on a Personal Loan by calling us 24/7 at 800-937-5020, stopping into a TD Bank Store or by using our "Send a Message" feature through Online Banking which will send a secured email to change your address.
