Welcome to TD Helps today, Kenyana and thank you opening a new Checking account with us and we will be glad to assist you.
There are a couple of ways that you can obtain your account number for your new Checking account. First, if you have already made a deposit while opening your new account online, you may call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and a Banking Specialist can enroll your account for online banking over the phone upon proper account verification. Once you're enrolled for Online Banking, you will have complete access to your online account where you will be able to view your account number, balance and transactions, and other great features TD Bank offers with Online Banking. Please be informed that for the security of your account information, we do not provide account numbers via e-mail or over the phone.
If you did not make a deposit when opening your new account online, we recommend visiting your local TD Bank store with your valid photo ID, one of our friendly tellers will be able to locate your account number by using your Debit Card and process the deposit for you. Or, you may also make your deposit at a TD ATM by using your Debit Card. To find out TD store locations near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps. Have a great one!
