Thanks for stopping by TD Helps, Sierra. Thanks for opening an account with us! We would be happy to help answer your question!
If you selected to receive a TD Debit card during the online account opening process, you should expect to receive your new card via the mail approximately 7-10 business days. Please note when the card is mailed to you, it will come in a plain white envelope for security purposes. Delays may occur depending on your Postal office.
If you need your debit card sooner, you are more than welcome to visit a TD Store and we'd be happy to make one for you. During your visit, please ask the Store Representative to close your mailed card since it will no longer be useful once you activate the card you will receive at the Store. Check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores for lobby hours and locations near you.
We hope this helps, Lorenzo and have a wonderful day.
