transferred from my account but the new bank accounts are nowhere to be found. Also ,I did not receive any email info regarding the new accounts e.g. - numbers paperwork etc. HELP. I opened 2 new accounts through the app today, and transferred money to each via my current checking Account. I can see that the money is transferred from my account but the new bank accounts are nowhere to be found. Also ,I did not receive any email info regarding the new accounts e.g. - numbers paperwork etc. I am frustrated and concerned.

Please know that when you open an account online, we no longer send a Welcome Kit. The website provides a secure fulfillment link that provides your new account number.
If you've missed this link, don't worry! Your new accounts should be automatically displayed online within 2 business days of account opening.
If this time frame has passed, we recommend connecting with a Banking Specialist who can add your new accounts to your online profile. We are available 24/7 at 888-751-9000, during lobby hours at any TD Store or via secure message online.

To send a secure message using Online Banking, please sign in here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq and select 'Send a secure message' located in the 'Message Center' on the left hand side of the page.
