Hi Sara, thanks for joining us here on TD Helps. We're excited to hear that you just opened a CD with us!
Any Deposit Account that you open (including CDs) should be visible through your Online Banking profile with 1-2 business days of opening the account. If for any reason you're still unable to view your new CD account online, please reach out to us 24/7 at 1-800-493-7562 and a Tech Support Specialist should be able to assist you upon proper account verification.
At TD Bank, we offer a variety of CD accounts. We invite you to visit http://bit.ly/1hGRpMR for more information about our CDs. One of the CD products we are currently offering is IRA Add-Vantage CD, which will allow you to deposit additional funds at any time during the term of your CD.
If you wish to confirm if this is the CD type you opened recently, please feel free to contact our Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000. As we would like to assist you directly, unfortunately, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum.
You can also visit your local TD Bank Store during normal lobby hours for further assistance if you prefer. To find out TD store locations near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Thanks for reaching out to us Sara and have a great day!

You answered the question regarding a CD Account and I need to know about a IRA account. Will it automatically link to my other accounts or do I have to call so one of the Tech Specialist help me?

We understand your concern, Rosa and we'd be glad to discuss.
As our friend LiShu mentions above, all deposit accounts opened should be visible within the first 1-2 business days after account opening. If this time has passed or you would like your account made visible prior to the 1-2 business days, feel free to reach out to us as we mentioned above.
We hope this clears things up, Rosa. Have a good day.
