Welcome to the TD Helps Community, Christina. We're sorry you are experiencing difficulties with your Online Banking and will be happy to point you in the right direction.
If you're unable to log in to your Personal Online Banking account, feel free to get in touch with one of our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000.They'll be able to assist you in unlocking your account or resetting any login information as needed.
Keep in mind that if you're unable to log in due to your password, if you remember your user name and have a Social Security number then you'll be able to reset this info yourself. Please start here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Then, click the Trouble Logging In link located below the password field. After entering your user name and the last four digits of your Social Security number, you'll be asked to answer two security questions and once complete, you can update your password.
We hope this information helps, Christina. Take care.
