Is a paperless option not charged a fee and how do I apply for it. This account was opened for an event we are having in September. Thank you, Carol

Thank you for reaching out to us on TD Helps, Carol. We'd be glad to provide the information that you need to enroll your account in paperless statements.
In order for your account to be enrolled in paperless statements, you would need to be enrolled in online banking. If you're not currently enrolled for online banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY . Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
Once you're enrolled in online banking, please sign into your account, click on your checking account and click on the Statements and Notices tab. Next, select the Online Statements options for your account and add your email address that you wish to have your statements sent. Lastly, review and accept the online paperless statement customer agreement and hardware and software requirements. Once you've completed these steps and also selected the boxes indicating that you meet our system requirements and clicked "Save Changes," you'll be enrolled in paperless statements.
If you should have any questions or need further assistance, feel free to contact our 24/7 Tech Support Specialists at 800-493-7562 or visit any TD Bank location during lobby hours. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you.
We hope this answers your question, Carol and please let us know if we can answer any additional questions for you. Enjoy the rest of your week and take care!
