If a check order was placed when your account was opened on 6/30, you should have received those checks by now. Check orders generally take approximately 10 business days to be delivered. With that in mind, we ask that you reach out to us directly so we can review your check order to confirm that it was shipped and that it was not returned undelivered. If it was not returned, we can review options with you, including stop payments.

As an additional option, you can contact us by secure message through your online or mobile banking. To send a secure message, log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We can generally respond within 24 hours or less.
