Good afternoon Carol,
Great to have you with us today and we appreciate your new account with us, welcome!
Since you mentioned that you applied for your new TD Bank account online, if you requested a Debit card for your account during that process, you should expect to receive it by mail at the address you provided within 7 to 10 business days.
If you didn’t request a card, Carol, or you'd like to have one right away instead, don't worry! We'd be happy to print you one on the spot at any of our Stores, or you can call us by phone to get one ordered. To find your closest TD Store location, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores. Once at the Store, if you did order a debit card online that is currently being mailed, please ask the Store Representative to close it since it will no longer be useful once you receive one at the Store. If you prefer to call us, please reach us anytime, 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and we'll be happy to get one out to you.
In case you're inquiring about your debit card so you can set up your Online banking account, we're happy to tell you that you don't have to wait for your card in order to enroll. You can give one of our Specialists a call anytime at the number just above and we can get your account up and running during your call.
At your leisure, feel free to check this page out as well, Carol: http://bit.ly/1D7QIEH. You can get to know your new account and some of the features you can expect to have!
Thanks again for choosing TD and we hope this helps!
Let us know about any follow-up questions and have a wonderful evening.
