Welcome to the TD Family, Christopher! We'd be happy to help.
If you requested a Debit Card online during the account opening process, you will receive your card within 7-10 business days depending on your post office. Please note your card will be sent in a regular white envelope for the security of your account.
If you are enrolled in Online Banking, you are able to sign in and request a card by sending a secure message. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." If you have not enrolled, please call us 24/7 at the number listed above to speak with our Banking Specialists.
If you find that you need a card before then, you're always welcome to visit a nearby TD location to have one printed right there on the spot. We just ask that you bring photo ID. For a listing of locations please view: http://bit.ly/TDStores. Once at the Store, if you did request a Debit Card online, please ask the Store Representative to close it since it will no longer be useful once you activate the card you will receive at the Store.
We also invite you to look here: http://bit.ly/1D7QIEH, where you can familiarize yourself with features about your new checking account. If you have any questions at all, feel free to chat with us on TD Helps, call us at the number above or stop in at a Store.
We hope this helps, Christopher and have a good day.
