Hello Sam and thanks for writing to us here on TD Helps! We're thrilled to hear that you just opened a new Checking account with us.
If you have requested a new debit card while opening your new TD Bank Checking account online, you should expect to receive your card at the address you provided via mail within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that delivery times can fluctuate depending on your postal office.
If your new debit card has not been delivered within this approximate time frame or you need one as soon as possible, you may obtain one by visiting any of your local TD Bank Stores during normal lobby hours with your valid photo ID. To find TD store locations near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores. All TD Banks have an instant issue machine where you may obtain a new card seven days a week while you wait. You will walk out with a new card in your hand! Once at the Store, if you have already ordered a new debit card online that is currently being mailed, please ask the Store representative to close it since it will no longer be useful once you activate the card you will receive at the Store.
Please feel free to reach out to our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000 for any banking inquiries.
If we can assist you again, please feel free to write to us anytime! We hope this helps and enjoy the rest of your weekend!
