Hello Dianne, welcome to TD Helps.
Please note, if you recently opened an account via Online, you will not receive a welcome kit as all the information listed in the welcome kit was provided during the account opening process. If you opened the account via telephone, you should expect to receive your welcome kit via mail within 7-10 business days. If you have not received your welcome kit, you may visit us during lobby hours or call us at 888-751-9000, available 24/7, to request a copy.
If you would like to locate your account number, you may do so via Online Banking. If you're already enrolled, once you log in please click on the "Accounts" tab of your Online Banking homepage to see your account number(s). If you're not enrolled yet, please call us at 888-751-9000, 24/7 and we can help you get set up. If you are unable to verify your account or if you prefer to sit with a Representative, you may also visit us during lobby hours at a TD Store. Please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Store location near you. While you're there and verified with photo ID, a Representative will also be able to provide you with your account number.
Please keep in mind that the security of our Customer's account information is extremely important to us, which is why we do not provide account numbers/account specific information via TD Helps, email or over the phone.
Additionally, if you requested a Visa Debit or ATM card during the application process, this will be mailed to the address you provided within 7-10 business days of the account opening. If you'd like to have a card sooner, you're welcome at any TD Bank Store, where we can print one for you during your visit.
