Good morning, Michael. Thanks for looking to TD Helps for your answer. We're happy to assist you!
TD Bank offers different types of Checking accounts, each of which has its own daily balance requirement. We encourage you to review our Checking accounts here: http://bit.ly/1oXjGgF.
We would like to assist you directly; unfortunately, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum. To better assist you, we recommend contacting us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or feel free to visit us during lobby hours to speak with a Customer Service Representative. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores for a list of TD Stores and hours near you. At that time, we’ll be able to review your account details and confirm the minimum daily balance requirement of your account with you.
Additionally, if you are enrolled for online banking, you're more than welcome to send a secure message via your online account with your inquiry. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center.” If you have not yet enrolled, please call us 24/7 at 800-493-7562 to speak with our Digital Banking Specialists.
Lastly, we invite you to visit here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt for more information on the Fee Schedule.
We hope this helps. Michael, iff you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to ask!
Brian M., Mount Laurel
