My wife and I opened a joint checking account. She was registered for an online account, how do I create a second online login or do we need to share one set of credentials?

Thank you for reaching us on TD Helps, Doug. We'd be happy to help.
Online Banking profiles are determined by the Social Security number of the account holder that initially set up the online account. Based on your question, it sounds as though your wife originally set up online access. You'll need to use your information to enroll in Online Banking so you may have separate profiles.
If you are unsure as to who originally enrolled in Online Banking or you need help enrolling, we ask that you contact us directly for assistance. You may do so 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 or by visiting a TD Store during lobby hours for help. For Store hours and locations near you please visit: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
We hope to hear from you soon, Doug and have a good day.
