We're so happy to hear that you recently joined the TD family, and apologize that your transfer may not have been credited to your new account. We'll be more than happy to provide you with some peace of mind!
Here at TD Bank, when a new account is opened and funded from another financial institution, in most instances, the transfer can take anywhere from 2-5 business days to be successfully credited.
If this time frame has passed, and you still haven't received the transfer to your account, we'd like to recommend that you call and connect with one of our Banking Specialist directly. For your convenience, Banking Specialist can be reached by dialing 1-888-751-9000, and for your convenience, are here to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you'd prefer, you may also visit a TD Store location, during lobby hours, to speak with one of our Customer Service Representatives. You would also, as always, have the option of sending us a secure message. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'.
If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
