First and foremost, we'd like to welcome you as a new member of the TD Bank family!
In order to set up your PIN for your Debit Card please dial 888-553-4122. It will prompt you to enter the card number, the expiration date and the last four digits of your Social Security number, and then you’ll be able to customize your own PIN.
If you are currently enrolled for Online Banking, you can order checks right through our site by following the steps below for your personal accounts:
- Log into Online Banking by clicking: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq
- Click on the ''Customer Service" tab
- Under ''Self Service'' section click on ''Order Checks''
Please keep in mind, if you do not currently use Online Banking and have never ordered checks with TD Bank before you will have to either call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or visit a TD Bank Store to place your first order, for security purposes.
If you are currently enrolled for TD BusinessDirect Online Banking, you may reorder checks by logging into BusinessDirect from here http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8. Then, go to the “Service Center” and select “Order Checks.” However, if this is your first order of checks for your business account or have a recent change of address, we ask that you call us at 888-751-9000 or visit your local TD Bank.
After your order is placed, checks typically take 7-10 business days to arrive to your address. Please note delays may occur depending on your postal office.
